Job Opportunities
We're an organization that strongly believes in cross-training and making sure that our team is nimble enough to handle a routine monthly workload as well as unanticipated spikes in volume. If you join our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a number of different areas and be trained in the operation of several different pieces of equipment. Our routine production work is primarily focused on printing, inserting, and hand work while our warehouse activities include fulfillment, scanning, lockbox services, and postage/metering.

Our Team Members:
- Operate mail inserter machines, meters, ink + laser, high speed printers
- Verify order information on audit sheets
- Verify the stock, ink and text of printed documents are correct + match the audit sheets
- Set up mail inserter in accordance with specifications
- Maintain inventory records on materials used in processing
- Additional tasks include handwork, metering and reprints
- Scan client documents and maintain their databases (Scanning Operators)
- Warehouse and facilities maintenance tasks (Warehouse/Facilities Associates)
- Meet production and quality standards, schedules, and deadlines
Shift Descriptions
First Shift (all activities): Monday - Thursday (5:00am - 3:30pm)
First Shift (all activities): Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
Second Shift (primarily printing and inserting): Monday - Thursday (4:00pm - 1:00am)
Weekend Shift (primarily printing and inserting): Friday - Sunday (5:00am - 5:30pm)
Overtime: fluctuates in accordance with volume and vacation schedules
